Product terms · version 2026-09-04
Clear from the start.
Pre-launch information: the verified seller/data-controller identity, postal address and support contact must be completed before registration, shared contributions or live sales open.
These are pre-launch product terms. Live sales remain disabled until seller, consumer-rights, tax, support and payment checks are complete.
Eligibility and use
nika is for adults aged 18 and over. Keep your account secure. Use only content you are entitled to process. Do not upload personal or patient data, abuse the service, share credentials or resell access. AI-generated cards need human review and are not clinical advice.
Your plan
Free costs £0 and includes 25 credits per calendar month plus a one-time grant of 100 welcome credits after email verification. Student costs £14.99 monthly or £149 annually and includes 300 monthly credits. Pro costs £29.99 monthly or £299 annually and includes 800 monthly credits. A top-up costs £4.99 for 100 credits.
Paid subscriptions renew at the chosen interval until cancelled. Annual payment does not grant a whole year’s credits at once. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month and do not roll over. Welcome and purchased credits have no expiry while your account is open. Monthly allowances are consumed first. Credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Usage and plan changes
Credits measure AI usage, not a guaranteed number of cards. Task complexity, input size and model affect the amount used. nika reserves credits before a task and reconciles measured use after completion. A failed task releases its reservation where no chargeable usage has occurred.
Change your plan or cancel renewal through Manage billing. Stripe shows any prorated amount before you confirm. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. A downgrade does not claw back that calendar month’s already granted allowance; the next monthly reset uses the then-current plan.
Payments and consumer rights
Secure payment and payment-method changes are handled by Stripe. The final payable amount and renewal interval must be displayed before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights. The seller’s final cancellation, refund, tax and complaints details must be reviewed and published before sales open.
A partial subscription refund is treated as a goodwill adjustment and does not reduce the plan allowance. A full refund (including a pending refund) or an open/lost payment dispute pauses the affected current paid allowance. A failed refund or a resolved dispute in your favour restores it. Already used credits are not charged again; welcome and separately purchased credits are not removed because of a subscription refund. A refunded top-up reverses its own credits proportionately. Contact support about mistakes or refund requests.
Privacy and shared training
See the privacy information. Shared-model training is optional, off by default and separate from your agreement to these terms. Refusing it does not limit your plan. You retain your rights in your content.
